Meet some of our very friendly monsters!! 👹 🩷✏️
Our kindergarteners worked hard to write and illustrate their own stories about friendly monsters over several weeks. Then today, they traveled across the county to read some “special” books. 😉 TAHS students surprised the kindergarteners with a present-a stuffed monster that looked just like the monsters in the kindergarteners stories! 🧸 The TA students brought their drawings to life based on the student stories! Our K Cubs were so surprised and happy! There were smiles, hugs, and just a great special feeling in the room! Thank you, Kindergarten Teachers and Mrs. Sprague for making this project and collaboration happen! It was a special time! Turner Ashby High School
