Open to anyone in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade

Students must have a current VHSL physical on file in the office to participate. Physical forms can be picked up in the office or downloaded and printed from the VHSL site. 6th, 7th, and 8th graders may participate.

Practice time is from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Student pickup is at the JFHMS track.

Be sure to bring a water bottle.
