The Rockingham County School Board is actively working to shape the future of education in our community by developing a comprehensive, unified, and long-range plan for the 2024-2029 school years. This plan will focus on enhancing classroom instruction and boosting student achievement, with all decisions based on thorough data collection and analysis.

The comprehensive plan will be crafted with contributions from all community members, ensuring alignment with division-wide goals and state and federal regulations. This inclusive approach aims to create a roadmap that addresses the needs and priorities of all Rockingham County Public Schools (RCPS) stakeholders.

To gather community perspectives, RCPS invites the public to participate in a brief survey. Feedback from this survey will help identify key focus areas and guide decision-making for initiatives that matter most to Rockingham County.
